Who We Are
Psycho Dawg Training and Consultations was founded by Robert Carbajal, a former U.S. Navy K9 handler, and Jhoss Ramirez, an animal advocate with a background in law, to help misunderstood dogs and their owners succeed. With expertise in obedience, protection work, and behavior modification, we specialize in transforming 'too much' dogs into confident, well-balanced companions—because every dog deserves a chance.
Training Philosophy
Here at Psycho Dawg Training and Consultations, we are focused on building a solid training foundation through the use of a marker-based communication system, so that our dogs understand exactly what we want from them. We firmly believe in taking a balanced approach to dog training. In doing so, we always begin by using positive reinforcement techniques and integrate a variety of tools as needed based on every dog's unique personality and behavioral issues.
Just like humans have different learning styles and techniques that work best for them, every dog learns differently as well, and we are committed to discovering what works best for every dog under our care.
